earned 60+ Training
About Earned 60+
Move well. Stay strong.
Built for This Season of Life.
Supportive, coach-led training designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence—so you can continue living actively and independently.
While we have explored creating a dedicated 60+ class, we currently deliver this style of programming within our existing semi-private training sessions. Our goal is to eventually offer a 60+ specific class format in the future.
For now, if you’re interested in this type of training, please contact us so we can guide you into the right option.
Our coaching team is highly skilled in working with older adults, with a strong focus on improving joint mobility, rebuilding strength, enhancing balance, and supporting overall function—while minimizing the risk of injury.
We understand the importance of staying active and independent as we age, and we create a supportive, encouraging environment where you can move better, feel stronger, and thrive.
