Our mission is to inspire a healthy and active lifestyle in the community, helping our clients achieve strength and energy for life through professionally prepared and delivered semi-private coaching sessions.

our story
With two decades of combined experience in the fitness industry, we’ve learned a lot. We’ve developed a maturity level with fitness coaching that only experience can provide. It’s given us an understanding that our clients have needs that must be met in order to pursue the activities in life that they enjoy forever. We take pride in our ability to design and deliver classes that don’t skip steps ultimately offering longevity for your fitness and life.
Fitness is our lifestyle. We value being coached by others and enjoy taking classes ourselves. We find that gym fitness serves our life fitness allowing us to play softball together, coach Little League, hike in Mission Trails and run around the block with our son Troy. Owning a gym allows us to connect with our clients and share a passion for physical activity in and out of the gym.
