Our In-Person Training Options
Semi-Private Group Classes
Structure: 4 athletes to 1 coach
Focus: Personalized strength and conditioning programs
Flexibility:
- Membership Options: Available in 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x a week options
- Scheduling: Based on availability in the classes shown in the schedule
- Special Track: Daily training options, including our LIFT track for strength training without conditioning
- Special Classes, Powerlifting: offered 4 times a week. Increased volume and focus on four essential powerlifting exercises: Bench Press, Strict Press, Squat, and Deadlift

Personal Training
Structure: 1 athlete to 1 coach

- Packages: Sold in 10 one-hour session packs

Kickstart Session for All New Clients
We offer a Kickstart Session to all new clients, which includes a consultation with a coach to discuss your fitness history, goals, and a movement assessment. This session allows us to create a personalized plan tailored specifically to your needs and ensures you start your fitness journey on the right foot.
