You wouldn’t run a marathon without preparation, yet many women are told outdated advice that they shouldn’t start any new exercise programs while pregnant. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) @acog_org now says that it is safe for women with normal pregnancies to continue or ✨start✨exercise, even if they weren’t exercising before pregnancy.
At Earned Fitness, we are passionate about supporting pregnant (and postpartum) clients to prepare for one of the most athletic events of a lifetime: childbirth!

Training Options for Pregnancy & Postpartum Athletes
Many of our pregnant and postpartum athletes choose to train in our semi-private classes and
work with their coach to create a personalized and safe approach to their fitness. This option
provides the benefits of community support and customized programming to meet your unique
needs.
If you prefer more individualized attention, you can also choose to request personal training.
Expert Coaching Team
We have a team of highly trained coaches to support you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey:
- BirthFit Certified Coaches: 2 of our coaches are BirthFit certified, bringing specialized knowledge and expertise in pregnancy and postpartum fitness. They will also handle all of the programming needs for P&P athletes.
- Extensive Training: All 5 of our coaches have extensive training in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, ensuring you receive the best guidance and support.
