This 8-class small group series (max 8 women per group) is thoughtfully designed for moms in their postpartum chapter—whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years out.
We focus on healing, restoring strength, and creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered in both body and mind.

Training Options for Pregnancy & Postpartum Athletes
Many of our pregnant and postpartum athletes choose to train in our semi-private classes and
work with their coach to create a personalized and safe approach to their fitness. This option
provides the benefits of community support and customized programming to meet your unique
needs.
If you prefer more individualized attention, you can also choose to request personal training.
Expert Coaching Team
We have a team of highly trained coaches to support you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey:
- BirthFit Certified Coaches: 2 of our coaches are BirthFit certified, bringing specialized knowledge and expertise in pregnancy and postpartum fitness. They will also handle all of the programming needs for P&P athletes.
- Extensive Training: All 5 of our coaches have extensive training in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, ensuring you receive the best guidance and support.
