Youth Strength
Earned Fitness Youth Strength & Conditioning Program
Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Program is specially tailored to empower your kids, allowing them to embrace their potential and build a positive relationship with their bodies. Through carefully curated exercises and expert guidance, we’ll help them develop physical strength, enhance endurance, improve flexibility, and cultivate mental resilience while bulletproofing the body from common injuries and imbalances associated with sports.
To ensure a personalized experience and maximize the benefits, we are limiting each class to a maximum of 8 athletes. Memberships are charged monthly and dependent on # of classes each athlete selects per week.
2x per week= $200 monthly
3x per week= $300 monthly
We will start classes on June 10th:
- Monday - 3:00 PM
- Wednesday - 3:00 PM
Should there be interest in 3x a week, we will add
- Thursday - 3:00 PM
Other class days/times available with interest:
- ( Monday - Thursday ) - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Summer-Only Program
Currently, our Youth Strength Training program is offered exclusively during the summer. We believe this dedicated time allows young athletes to focus on their training without the pressures of the school year.
